Hey there!
Week 4 of training camp has come to an end already and we have 2 weeks left before we're officially on the road! This week was full of a ton of firsts. We had our first church ministry on Wednesday which included teaching the Awana kids and singing for them. Friday was our community concert which consisted of 10 songs and lasted a little over an hour. Alaina (my sister that I'm sure you all know) came and surprised me on Friday morning and she stayed until Sunday night! It was great to see family again and I enjoyed her stay immensely. Sunday morning we went back to the same church that we taught Awana at on Wednesday and sang in Sunday school and also the morning service. Ardy taught the morning message while the team taught the kids for junior church. One of the team members acted out a drama on the importance of faith and trust in God. We have learned around 20 songs by now and have learned 4 in sign language. This week we will probably start packing up our suitcases and closet in the box truck so that we're all set when it's time to start travel. Other than the big milestones, this week hasn't been too eventful. However, we all have new prayer requests every day and so I will share some more for you all to keep in mind! Thank you all for your prayers and support. I will see you at Christmas!
In Christ,
Anna

  • team members continual growth in the area of trusting God for finances
  • continued teamwork and unity
  • good attitudes as we learn lessons through daily challenges and struggles
  • servants hearts
  • we would continue to soak in all that we are learning
Personal...
  • that I would let go of grudges and learn to love and pray for those that have hurt me
  • that personal finances would be provided
  • that I would learn to hold my tongue and think before I speak so that my words are a blessing
  • that I would stay hydrated
  • that I would be ready and willing to make the changes that I need to make in my life
