Hey everyone!

I was glancing over my last post and it seems like I just finished writing it! This past week was such a blast in Battle Creek, Michigan! I stayed with 5 other team members last week which was pretty crazy! We may have eaten all of our host parents food! :) Monday through Wednesday were pretty normal days for us but on Thursday morning we got to go to Calhoun Christian School and we got such an amazing response from the students. Several kids came up to me and told me how much they enjoyed the chapel and thanked us for coming. Because of our time at the school on Thursday we had  5 teens come to church on Friday night that didn't come any other time during the week. Since it was my first week involved in our teens program I was kind of nervous at the beginning of the week. But it turned out a pretty great (and easy) week! Two of the nights we only had one teenager and so we just sat in on Ardy's teaching, a few of the nights there were only two or three teens, then on Thursday we had 5 teens and gained another 5 by Friday night! Friday night we made pancakes for the teens because they reached their goal of $60 for our Christmas Gift Project for kids in Africa and India this Christmas. There was one teen at the school on Thursday that came to the service Friday night and showed an interest in the ministry. So, we encouraged him to come this next week (only 20 minutes from the last church) and audition if he decided that he wanted to. Hopefully he will be able to make it this next week to see the team and get involved in teens again! This next week we will be having chapels every week day morning at one of the schools here in Factoryville and it is looking like it's going to be a great week!
